Module 1: Self-Awareness
What does it mean to truly listen to yourself? In our first week together we will explore how to truly listen to yourself physically and emotionally. We will discuss how the mind and body are connected and how you can start to tap into the inner knowledge you hold.
Bonus topic: Mindfulness techniques to create a two-way conversation with yourself
Module 2: Forgiveness
How do you begin to forgive great pain? Anger and fear (although they arise for all of us) are two of the biggest blocks to self-love. This week's exercises will focus on the importance of processing these emotions to truly forgive both yourself and others. Not always easy tasks, but can be extremely freeing in our development of self-love.
Bonus topic: Break through and process anger and fear through ritual
Module 3: Boundaries
What are boundaries and why are they important? In week three, we will focus on reacting from love not fear, setting healthy boundaries (especially with those we love), and how boundaries actually allow us to expand.
Bonus topic: Gratitude practice to maintain boundaries
Module 4: Action & Goal Setting
What's next? Finding a path to taking action requires learning how to pause, and how to set obtainable goals. Our final module will help you to define the next right action in your life, and give you the tools to move forward.
Bonus topic: Affirmations to return and strengthen our self-love practice on a daily basis
BONUS Welcome Module: Pampering and Rituals Self-love is a journey of looking inward to develop a deep relationship with yourself. Sometimes this is hard work looking at the shadow self and getting vulnerable, but that doesn't mean there's not time for some pampering too! We're adding on a BONUS week to cover rest, self-care pampering, and at-home rituals, available immediately upon signing up for the course to support you along the way. Yep, this is where the bubble baths and chocolate come into play!
